Helping you make your patients smile

Customer Care & Support

Customer relationships and support are of the highest importance to us as Allport & Vincent Dental Laboratory. With that in mind, we are delighted to introduce Adam, our newly appointed Customer Relationships Manager.

He is extremely passionate about high standards of Customer Service and is looking forward to building and maintaining relationships with all our existing, as well as new customers.

He will be focused on gaining a clear understanding of customer needs and expectations, and ultimately bridging the gap between the clinician and the technicians at our lab. Adam is always on hand to help with any queries or problems that may arise.

Jonathan & Stephen

Jonathan joined the field of dentistry with Nobel Biocare in 1998 and has since worked globally with large corporate laboratories and blue chip dental companies alike. He has a special interest in the Dental CAD/CAM field after extensively consulting for one of the major dental companies in this area.

Stephen has been a dental technician specialising in ceramics for 30 years. He spent his first ten years under the tutelage of a world-renowned Ceramist in a top West End laboratory. Stephen furthered his career by becoming Laboratory Manager in both boutique and corporate laboratories where he built a reputation for excellence.

Ceramics

The team is led by Stephen and managed by our Lab Manager Greg. Along with Philip, this highly skilled group of technicians can handle everything from your standard PFM and E-max crowns to full-arch porcelain beams.

A little different…

The word “ceramic” is derived from the Greek word “keramos” that translates to mean, “burnt earth.” It came from the ancient art of fabricating pottery where mostly clay was fired to form a hard, brittle object.

Administration

Julie and Josh will be your first points of contact at Allport & Vincent. They are always on hand to answer your calls and offer support in all aspects of our service, from accounts inquiries to arranging collections and case updates.

They are responsible for the smooth running of the laboratory and the reputation we have built for outstanding customer service.

Digital Solutions

As you would expect from a leading laboratory in digital dentistry, our staff are kept as up to date as our hardware. Elvin carries out the digital aspects of our laboratory by running everything from our in-house milling centre to the latest Nobel Biocare CAD/CAM machines.

Alloy

Sue and Dzana oversee everything from waxing simple single copings to complex implant designs. They also carry out the digital aspects of our laboratory running our latest incise and Nobel Biocare cad/cam machines.

Their knowledge and vast experience of all implant componentry means that if you’re not sure, they can help!

Plaster

We all know that if the model isn’t correct, then the case won’t fit! That’s why our experienced plaster room team will ensure that every model poured is absolutely perfect.

Prosthetics

If you’re looking for something in acrylic then Grahame and Goran are here to help. From a simple one tooth denture to full arch screw-retained CAD-CAM beams and bars, their experience means your work is in safe hands.
